Homemade dirty boba recipes using vegan tea lattes ft. Humanitea

šŸ§‹ Homemade Dirty BobašŸ§‹

Humanitea is an Oat Milk Tea Latte social enterprise that is specialised in making vegan Matcha and Earl Grey Lattes which are inspired by bubble tea. It is an innovative drink which is made up from real brewed tea and oat milk. You can drink it straight or use it as one of the ingredients for other recipes – they taste awesome! The drinks can be purchased from a few stores including @ocado.uk & @thevegankindsupermarket!!

āœØIngredients:
1/2 cup tapioca pearls (ready made)
1 glass of ice cubes
1/3 glass of milk
1/3 glass of Humanitea earl grey latte
60g of brown sugar

āœØ Directions:

  1. Boil 1/2 cup of tapioca pearls in a pot of hot water for 8 – 10 minutes. Once itā€™s cooked, set it aside under cool water bath.
  2. Add 60g of brown sugar and 30ml of water in a pot and boil it until a thick, sticky brown liquid is formed.
  3. Add tapioca pearls into the brown sugar syrup and simmer in low heat for another 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the brown sugar pearls into a glass.
  5. Add ice cubes, followed by drizzling brown sugar syrup in the inner surface of the glasses.
  6. Add Humanitea till the glass is 1/2 full.
  7. Add milk until it reaches the top of the glasses.
  8. Stir slowly and enjoy! šŸ™‚
