Crystal sushi from Shiro London will blow your mind

Shiro

Discovering the hidden gems of London is always such a treat, and Shiro London is no exception! 🍣🤩 Shiro is a Japanese restaurant and bar opening in late November 2022, at Liverpool Street’s Broadgate Circle, overseen by chef Ken Miyake.

This Japanese restaurant prides itself on delivering authentic and creative dishes that leave your taste buds wanting more 😋

Food review

Now, let’s talk about the food. I had the pleasure of trying their sushi platters, which included crystal sushi, chirashi platter, and their sushi starter. 🍱🍣 Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked.

The crystal sushi was a standout for me – the transparent layer of jelly around the sushi made for a unique and delicious twist on traditional sushi rolls 🤤

And the chirashi platter was a work of art – a colourful medley of fresh sashimi, sushi rice, and veggies that was almost too pretty to eat! 😍

The sushi starter was also a great way to begin the meal, with a mix of nigiri and maki that showcased the high-quality ingredients used in every dish.

Overall, Shiro London is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes!
