✨Here’s my review ✨
MAINS
1️⃣ Smoky Shashuka
💰 £12.50
🌟 8.5/10
Shashuka is a popular breakfast option across London. It comes with two poached eggs in a tomato sauce (seasoned with pepper). It’s also topped with labneh, zhoug and served with a side of toasted fluffy pita. Add bacon for £3 or sausage for £4.
It’s certainly scrumptious. Fresh tomato has been used to make the sauce. It goes very well with their feta cheese. A delightful main dish to start my day.
2️⃣ Sweet potato fritters
💰 £12.50
🌟 8.5/10
I was torn between the option to order this fritters and their fried chicken rosti. This is another plate of beautifully crafted vegan dish which is made up of three pieces of sweet potato, courgette and feta fritters. I certainly like how it’s filled with avocado in between the stack and topped with poached egg. One the side, you will get crispy kale, turmeric yoghurt.
Here to confirm that yes – their poached egg is cooked skilfully that egg yolk managed to flow smoothly. We added halloumi cheese for £4.50. Their fritters made with healthy ingredients taste fabulous and steal the show. Make sure to order this when you visit the restaurant.
SIDES
3️⃣ Halloumi & honey
💰 £5.50
🌟 7/10
Small plate of halloumi stick drizzled with honey. Delicious but nothing special.
4️⃣ Hash browns, kasundi, grated graviera (V)
💰 £4.50
🌟 7.5/10
Their hash browns are different from the one that you usually got from “Mac-Donald”. They used more than just the potatoes to make this – by adding kasundi and grated graviera. The texture is different but it’s a pleasant surprise. I love it.
5️⃣ In-house beetroot cured salmon (GF. DF)
💰 £5.00
🌟 7.5/10
Totally love their cured salmon. Tasted just like the sashimi you will get from the Japanese restaurant. Fresh and high quality salmon are used and it’s well seasoned.
THE COUNTER
They also served a wide range of pastries for us to try which includes pistachio baklava, tahini blondie and walnut cake. They are all scrumptious and different from the usual cinnamon rolls that you will get from most stores.
Conclusion
🤩Rating: 8.5/10
