Dragon Inn Club is a Chinese restaurant that offers Si Chuan cuisines. They also specialised in serving hot pot (with vegan alternatives). There are two floors of seating and I like the Chinese-themed decoration: bamboo, red decor, dark wood which is designed to recreate the Silk Road.
I’d highly recommend you to pay a visit to Dragon Inn Club if you adore spicy food and are up for a spicy challenge to deliver a numbing sensation to your taste buds.

We ordered three soup base. You can keep refilling the soup base during your meal. Sichuan Spicy is my fav soup base because I really like the explosive mix of pungent and spicy flavours! It’s not too hot apart from numbing my tongue.

Ingredients come in decent portion and high quality which includes the following:
🥩 Beef slices, Lamb slices & Tripe
🍜 Vermicelli, potato noodles
🥔 Potato slices, lotus root slices
🍄 Black fungus, oyster mushroom
🍤 fresh king prawns, fresh scallops
🥬 Green Park-Choi, Beancurd sheet, tofu
🐚Fresh Scallops
The meat slices are being cut into thin pieces such that it should be cooked within minutes. In a hotpot session, the broth is key to make the ingredients taste more flavourful and interesting. I’d definitely suggest to put the vegetables and prawns in to make ur broth tastes extra umami. All of their broth doesn’t taste too flat or bland.
Their scallops are large and fresh! I love dipping our meat to the sesame sauces (+£3.00).Their noodles need to be cooked longer to make it bouncey and chewy.

Both of their drinks are light and refreshing. A perfect sip to pair with your spicy hot broth soup!
Overall, I’m quite satisfied with their services, the environment and the quality of the food.
