I’ve finally found the juiciest burger in London ft. Bill or Beak

Sorry to say that you’ve been missing out if you haven’t tried the two signature burgers from Bill or Beak! It is a street food stall that has been operating since 2014 in Camden Market. They also offer 10% off for all NHS staff.

✨Here’s my review✨

1️⃣ Smashed Patty Cheese Burger

One of the best beef burgers I’ve ever tried across London – juicy and full of flavour. The fillings include double smashed beef patties, covered nicely with double layers of melting cheese, a layer of caramelised onions, pickles.

The burger was phenomenal – it was juicy with succulent patties.

Their house sauce simply elevated the whole burger. Honestly, It’s beyond divine.

2️⃣ Honey Butter Fried Chicken

I’m already very impressed by their smashed beef burgers but little do I know their fried chicken burger is another real deal. Their burgers come in huge portion – I couldn’t fit all layers of burgers in one bite. This is a pretty dense burger packed with flavours.

They dipped their fried chicken patty into the honey butter sauce & with homemade jalapeño mayo before serving it to us. Again, their buttermilk fried chicken is so tender, juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I’m pleasantly surprised by the spicy taste (which came from the jalapeño sauce) and secretly enjoying their coriander slaw rather than the usual ornament of burgers – lettuce and tomatoes. It’s delicious & I’m genuinely impressed by the texture and flavour.

3️⃣ Loaded Fries

Their chips are extra crispy because it’s foible cooked. They are generous with the melted cheese sauce and it is topped with crispy onions and chives. Another must-order dishes from the store guys – it remains crunchy even it’s being left till the end of the meal!

🎯Worth revisit: YAS 👏 Qualify bite at great value! I simply couldn’t recommend it highly enough. You have to try both of their burgers 🍔!!
