King of Bombolinis – Breadahead bakery

The king of all donuts & Bombolinis goes to * drumroll 🥁🥁*breadahead bakery !! If you’re looking for a chewy doughnut with delicious fillings in London, then you definitely want to pay a visit here at Breadahead bakery! Tbh, I have not seen people getting so creative with the donuts flavours! They offer a wide range of fillings for you to choose, ranging from chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, blueberry cream cheese, passion fruit etc…

Here’s my review:

Pistachios (10/10): it’s definitely a ten out of ten!! They crushed the pistachio into pieces as you can bite into some nuts in the fillings. It doesn’t taste artificial and wasn’t too sweet for me!

blueberry cheesecake (9/10): I have never thought of having a donuts with fillings made up from a flavour featuring: no-bake cheesecake! This certainly blew me away; and their presentation is so alluring with beautiful shades of purple cream and I can’t get my eyes off them!

caramel honeycomb (6.5/10): this is my least fav flavour. Apart from having a really thin piece of honeycomb only, their cream is a bit too sweet for me to savour everything and I don’t really have any bonding with this flavour…Sorry not a huge caramel fan

passion fruit (7/10): if u fancy donuts but don’t have a sweet tooth, then this is definitely the right pick for u! It’s a well balance of sweet & sour passion fruit filling.

Rating: 8.5/10

: £4.50 for one donuts; 4 for £18

Worth revisit: it’s a YES for me! Price point wise, it’s definitely on the high end range. I think it’s worth a try but I will practise to replicate & improve the recipe to make my own version of Bombolinis at home!
