This is a gigantic, loaded focaccia sandwich filled with homemade coleslaw, mooli, lettuce, cheese and mayo sauce.
Itās served piping hot with melting cheese. Focaccia bread is topped with chopped olives š«. Two pieces of Schnitzel (thin slice of meat) are stacked in between the focaccia bread and they are really juicy and succulent.
The simplicity of fluffy buns gives the well-marinated juicy succulent meat a chance to shine. Itās absolutely scrumptious to eat it with the melty cheese and you can complete your fibre intake by eating the coleslaw. Itās delectable and flavourful.

It comes in a similar shape as the focaccia sandwiches above with slightly different fillings. The homemade coleslaw is now replaced with wild roquette and truffle Mayo. A piece of prosciutto di Parma is laid on top of the schnitzel. Itās sensational.
The price is really reasonable given the portion of sandwiches which is massive. I have to save the other half in a container just to save it for my next meal!
