Chuan is a new Si Chuan fusion restaurant recently established by Royal China, as part of the effort to modernise the brand of royal China Group. If you’re looking for a restaurant that serves authentic Si Chuan cuisines, dimsum and also karaoke facility, then look no further than “Chuan”.

How I First Met with Royal China

I have been a huge fan of weekend dimsum treats to yumcha and catch-up with my friends. When I first came to London, my friend brought me over to Royal China Restaurant at Baker Street. We over-ordered the dimsum as usual, and they are really good and delicious.

✨Here’s what I tried✨

Their freshly made dimsum is second to none! Each dimsum is made up of high-quality ingredients. I like the yolk lava buns, prawn dumplings and crispy aromatic duck the most but everything is simple but well balanced and not at all ‘flat ‘ tasting.

A look inside the restaurant

Thanks again for the invite! It was a fun-filled night with great food! I’d highly recommend you to pay a visit to Chuan if you adore spicy food and are up for a spicy challenge to deliver a numbing sensation to your taste buds. When people talked about Si Chuan, I’d immediately think of an explosive mix of pungent and spicy flavours. This is definitely worth a TRY.
