Review Dirty Bones

Dirty Bones is an NYC-inspired restaurant/ bar that serves quality burgers, ribs, cocktails, hot dogs and has since opened in several London locations which include Carnaby, Shoreditch, Soho and Oxford.

If you’re looking for comfort in the US eats & drinks in a fun & cool vibe restaurant, then check this restaurant out! I wanted to try their ‘reverse truffle burger’ so badly but apparently, this is only available in their new flagship restaurant in Carnaby (not found in Deliveroo near my place!) :’)

Here’s my review

Spicy Chicken Burger (7/10) :£9.50

The first bite – the fried chicken burger is crispy on the outside yet when you bite through the meaty section, it is tender & juicy. The aioli and chili sauce provides a sweet yet delightfully spicy kick. The soft brioche buns hold up well against the contents.

Mac Daddy (8/10) :£11.50

If you’re down to messy eats with ultimate enjoyment, then try to get hold of this burger. It was a glorious treat to me. Dripping, gooey mac and cheese do not fit nicely the burger stack but it’s a wonderful mess. Try so badly to stuff my mouth with all the ingredients double brisket, dry-aged steak patties pulled beef short rib and Smokey bbq sauce, they are really good

Hot Wings (Large Portion) (6.5/10) :£11.00

Sorry to be blatantly honest here but I do feel that the wings are over-cooked and taste like rubber. (Probably it’s quite cold when it’s delivered To my place). The wings are marinated in Frank’s hot sauce and spices with blue cheese dipping sauce.

Mac & Cheese (7.5/10) : £6.50

It’s creamy and comforting, with irresistibly crunchy golden breadcrumbs. The sauce is silky. It’s definitely a crowd-pleaser, a side dish to be shared with your friends!

Conclusion

Rating: 7.3/10

Price: ££

Worth revisit: YAS I wanna try their ‘reverse truffle burger’ on my next visit!
