Galaxy 盖楽世中餐烧烤 is a Chinese Restaurant that offers authentic Chinese cuisines, BBQ skewers and karaoke facility.

Hop on a bus straight to Larcom Street station, walk straight for c. 2 minutes and you’ll see your destination – Galaxy London on the right-hand side.

👉My Experience

We were warmly welcomed by the staff and booked into VIP Room 2. It’s a private karaoke room which is really spacious and 2 mics 🎤 were provided in the room.

Totally spoilt with choices as they offered an extensive list of Asian cuisines and skewers on the menu. We had a hard time to decide what to order for the night. Not to mention the Asian feast will be served in your private room. The service is quick and we waited for less than 15 min for the food to arrive.

We’re trilingual and we’re so thrilled when songs from singers like Jay Chou, Rihanna, Maroon 5 etc were made available in the karaoke facility. Mics were functioning well and we definitely enjoyed our time in the comfortable private room.

Do give the restaurant a call in advance to reserve for a karaoke session. Their karaoke room is private so you can chill and sing happily with your friends.

1️⃣ Grilled chicken skewers £1.80 each

2️⃣ Shredded Pork with Aubergine Sautéed in Spicy Garlic Sauce £9.80

3️⃣ Dry-wok style beef flanks £12.80

4️⃣ Egg fried rice £4.20

5️⃣ Dan Dan Noodles £8.80

6️⃣ Golden fried mini buns £10.80

7️⃣ Grilled garlic scallops £4.80 each

They serve a wide range of Si Chuan food, for you to try an explosive mix of pungent and spicy cuisines. If you adore spicy food and are up for a spicy challenge to deliver a numbing sensation to your taste buds, then you have to visit Galaxy!

My favourite food goes to the beef flanks and golden mini buns. The beef flanks are so tender and the fatty portion of the beef instantly melts in my mouth. Dipping the mini buns into sweet condensed milk sauces was so satisfying and delicious – a dish perfectly made for people who have a sweet tooth like me.
