Where to find Roman-style Square Pizza in London ft. Quadrata Pizza
AD 🍕 Quadrata Pizza 🍕
Are you getting bored of having the usual round Naple-style pizza in London? If so, look no further than Quadrata pizza that serves gourmet Roman-style square pizza.
I’m glad that we don’t need to travel all the way to Rome to get square pizza as quadrata has kindly imported this concept to London.
✨Here’s my reviews✨
🍕 We tried 6 slices of pizza from the store. I’ve listed the ingredients below for each pizza to ease your decision making in choosing which one to order:
1️⃣ Bologna
👩🍳Fior di Latte, Mortadella, Stracciatella, Pistacchio, Balsamic Glaze
2️⃣ Parmigiana
👩🍳Tomato sauce, Fior di Latte, Aubergine, Parmigiano
3️⃣ Gricia
👩🍳Fior di latte, Pancetta, Pecorino Romano cheese, Balsamic glaze, Parsley
4️⃣ Speck
👩🍳 mushroom, small prosciutto, Gordonzola
5️⃣ Tre Formaggi
👩🍳 Fior di Latte, Gorgonzola, Pecorino, Walnuts, Fig Jam, Black Pepper
6️⃣ Margherita
👩🍳 Tomato, mozarella cheese, basil
Their dough is made up of 85% of water and 15% of flour – which makes it very airy, soft and fluffy in the centre with crispy edges. Each pizza dough is then topped with high quality ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes, buratta etc and then dressed with balsamic vinegar.
Their pizza has less carbs than traditional round pizza. Due to their hydrated dough, the base is crispy and very digestible. The pizza can can ordered hot or cold and heated up at home when you are ready!
Overall, their pizza is 8/10 for me. My favourite slices of pizzas go to Bologna and Gricia. Their ingredients are very fresh. I like how they heat up pizza before it’s served for you to enjoy. It’s finger-licking good.
Shout out to Mike – a very humble guy who runs the store and Pamela, his business partner as they both provides attentive services to us.
