Review 🇬🇧 ✨ Din Tai fung ✨

If you’re looking for authentic and delicious Taiwanese cuisine (especially for juicy xiao long bao), look no further than Din Tai Fung!!

Din Tai Fung opened up its very first store in Taiwan and has since expanded into Asian and European countries which included Malaysia, Singapore and UK!!

I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve visited Din Tai Fung. I’ve visited their Singapore branch for the very first time which has captured my heart since then. I’m so thrilled when they finally opened up a branch in Malaysia and later on UK!

🥟 Here’s my reviews🥟:

1️⃣ 5 pcs Pork Xiao Long Bao
🌟10/10
💰£8.50

A.K.A soup dumplings 🥟, it’s filled with flavourful pork broth juices. The proper way to eat Soup dumplings is to take a small bite of its skin, suck a few sips of the soup broth, take a few slices of ginger that is previously immersed in mixture of soy sauce and vinegar, and finish it all.

The skin is so thin and delicate that you have to be really careful not to break it when you scoop it up using your chopstick. The mixture of pork and vegetables fillings make is tastes really fresh and I don’t think they mixed a lot of fatty portion within the fillings.

I could never dreamt of eating a sweet sour dumplings, like dimsum like this is traditionally being made to be served as savoury food. BUT, hold your breath, this is surprisingly GOOD and exceed my expectations.
