My Favourite Boba Tea Store in London ft. The Alley UK

London bubble tea stores compete fiercely against each other but my recommendation still remains unchanged – The Alley UK @thealleyuk !

It’s time for tea from the alley! The Alley is a bubble tea store which has established its presence across the globe including Northeast & Southeast asia, Europe, North America & Oceania.

I first tried the alley back in Johor Bahru, Malaysia but it wasn’t meeting my expectations. But @thealley.uk totally changed my stance as their quality control is so good and each of the drinks I got from their London branch taste so good.

✨ Here’s my review ✨

1️⃣ Green Milk Tea with Taro Ball

This drink is part of their NEW taro ball series which would be available for a limited time only. Their jasmine green milk tea is filled with mashed taro & taro balls and topped in snow velvet and hojicha.

I’m absolutely in love with this drink – it’s so light but rich at the same time. Let me describe each layer of this drink.

Started with the subtle taste of jasmine green tea which isn’t too sweet, then reach to the bottom to pick up some taro balls (mine is a bit hard to chew – still taste good), it finally ended with a salty layer on top where you can also taste a bit of hojicha flavour. It’s cool as I didn’t expect so many different toppings mixed together but still presents itself as a nice drink to finish. Delicious!

2️⃣ Ube Taro Brown Sugar Deerioca

🌟 7.5/10

It’s one of the most eye-catching I’ve ever tried in my life – look at the different layers of purple (ube), white (milk) and black (brown sugar boba) in my video clips. It’s delicious but I prefer my first drink above!

🎯Worth revisit: YASSS 👏 one of the best boba stores that I would always recommend to my friends!
