Rating Chicken Wings from Wingstop

Review 🇬🇧 ✨Wingstop ✨

Wait, did you just mention ‘wings partay’? Count me in! No doubt, wings are so popular and can be enjoyed everywhere in London. Let me introduce another massive US multinational chain that has been bringing chicken wings to the masses since 1994 – Wingstop!

They have set up more than 1000 branches across Europe, US and Asia and have huge fanS following on the social media! I will try their new limited-time orange Szechuan flavour on my next visit!

✨Here’s my review✨(Quoted on deliveroo price)

1️⃣ 12 pieces Wings
🌟
7/10
💰 £11.75

Their wings are baked fried which means it is batter-free or flourless fried chicken. The wings we got might be overcooked and lost its tenderness. It’s wrapped in its signature green Wingstop boxes and well-drenched with sauces.

We chose the following sauces:

🍗 Spicy KOREAN Q: 🔥 🔥 🔥

As a huge Korean fried chicken fan, I was immediately attracted to this sauce. They’re made up of red pepper and sriracha which makes them sweet and spicy. I prefer the other sauce tho.

🍗 Mango Habanero: 🔥🔥🔥🔥

This sauce is hot – they are serious with the 4 spicy signs as its’s sweet with heat! My fav – I have to pair this with a few sips of drinks following each bite.

☑️ Crunchiness: 0/10 >>they are not crunchy at all (as they are baked fried) but I bet this is not their USP!
✔️ sauce: 10/10 >> wide range of options for you to choose, also labelled with med, mild and hot!

2️⃣ Regular Sweet Potato Fries
🌟 8/10
💰 £3.40

It’s crunchy but a bit bland when you eat on its own. However, when I dipped the fries into ranch sauce, they became full of flavour and really tasty 🤤

Conclusion

🤩Rating: 7/10
💷 Price: £
🎯Worth revisit: Neutral 👌 the wings are fine but I have been more impressed by other wings!!
