Sushi Atelier – a hearty sushi bar

If you come in a smaller group, request to sit in the counter area, spare a sigh of awe for the sushi chef who’s gonna showcase their supreme juice skills in front of you!

At Sushi Atelier, you can watch the whole process with the chef slice the fish, press the rice against the fish one by one, a fantastic experience to savour the chef would then attentively explain to you what each sushi in the omakase set is made up of, before you tuck in!

What I tried (from the picture): all the sushi has been flavoured by the chef with the right amount of wasabi & soy sauce. Do you know that the ginger is supposed to serve as a palette cleanser? Eat this before u try ur next sushi!

LHS- 1: 𝙈𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙡: Yumz

LHS- 2: 𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙖 (FAV) : melt in your mouth!

LHS- 3: 𝙔𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡: Yumz

RHS- 1: 𝙎𝙚𝙖 𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙨: Yumz

RHS- 2: 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙣 (FAV) : unique taste

RHS -3: 𝙎𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙙 : at certain shop, some of their squids are thick, hard to chew & swallow, this is definitely NOT what you would have gotten here, I promise!

Worth revisit: 5/5 would definitely return to @sushiatelierlondon for their larger omakase set! Attentive services, great value, reasonable price compared to what you would usually get from other sushi joint!
