Easy & Fluffy Dorayaki Recipe どら焼き
Who else grew up watching Doraemon & it’s favourite food – Dorayaki?! I always wonder how this lovely dorayaki does the magic & trick Doraemon into all those traps! Therefore, I woke up early today to replicate these pancakes from my fav childhood Japanese anime.
I’ve also made the sweet Anko (red bean paste) from scratch as the ready-made one usually tastes too sweet with too much sugar added! You can also buy sweet red bean paste from Amazon to save up your time and make the whole process so much easier!
The pancake itself is quite easy to make and doesn’t take up too much of my time! After approx 20 min later, a plate of freshly made warm, soft and fluffy dorayaki is ready to be devoured with my homies!
